Diving in Ilha Grande for beginners

The beauty of the beaches, islands and forests of the Bay of Ilha Grande stand out. But few can know the extraordinary world that exists inside the sea – fish, sponges, echinoderms, anthozoans amidst great rocks, caves, slabs and parcels.

This experience aims to provide an interaction with the marine environment for those not used to diving. We begin floating with a mask and snorkeling along the beaches and coast of Ilha Grande. The activities are mediated by a diving instructor and biologist, who introduces us to the marine fauna and flora.

Then we go to the baptism, when we are introduced to the autonomous diving experience. All of this is done under the supervision and care of a certified professional.

By the end of it, the feeling is that we are unraveling a beautiful new world.
